In 2004, my health journey took a pivotal turn when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. Despite numerous visits to specialists, I found no lasting relief—just temporary fixes that never addressed the root cause of my condition. Seeking a deeper understanding, I enrolled in nursing school, only to be frustrated by the conventional model of treating symptoms  which often persist despite treatments and their resulting side effects.

Determined to find a more effective approach, I immersed myself in functional medicine, epigenetics, and digestive health. Today, I use this knowledge to empower others who are struggling with gut issues and related health challenges.
